  • ERP Project Manager at La Madeleine

    For a retail client involved in mergers & acquisitions, my role as ERP Project Manager includes management of interface builds, testing and acceptance, finance conversion and integration of new brand acquisition into Lawson as well as HR/payroll data for thousands of associates into Peoplesoft. Tasks include scoping, planning, developing, testing and rolling out interfaces, managing 3rd party statements of work, bringing stores systems online and supporting the business and IT in a large-scale highly integrated technical acquisition. Source data came from 3rd parties, POS systems, Time Management systems, restaurant inventory management systems and legacy systems. Technologies included Lawson, Peoplesoft, Micros, Eatec and TMx.

  • Global ERP Training / Project Manager at Novartis

    Charged to develop, create and manage both project team and end-user training on a global SAP pharmaceutical implementation for employees across multiple regions, languages, manufacturing plants and distribution centers for contact lens, pharma and surgical products. PeopleSoft 8.2 & 8.8 implementation included GL/AP/PO/CRM/AR/BI/EPM/SCM and some. SAP ECC 6.0 implementation included CRM/MM/SD/PS/LE/FI/CO with some SQR, PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Integration Broker, App Designer and App Engine experience. Responsible for selling, planning, hiring, requirement gathering, managing execution of development, conversions, migrations go live planning and support during the planning, integration, deployment and post-implementation phases. Worked closely with all levels of Sprint-Nextel users including Network Engineers, Support, IT and the project Management Office to assist with testing and deployment of applications to 700+ users in a nationwide rollout. Requirements included process knowledge of circuit/equipment engineering, work flow management and process enhancements. Other responsibilities included scoping for user training, system conversion and working with developers to test and implement multiple changes into a production system. My other two projects involved working with Marketing to create upsell/cross-sell training programs in Captivate for 5000 retail associates nationwide and developing training for the CDMA Ensemble Unified Billing project.

  • ERP / SOX Consultant at Builders First Source

    Responsible for managing IT training, system conversions, Sarbanes-Oxley documentation, and working with developers to test and implement multiple application changes into a 4,000 user ERP for building materials sold to major home builders. The client went public in June 2005 and I was charged with diagramming, capturing and documenting the main ERP while working with end-users and audit to fix the application and meet Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. I worked with end-users to capture and test application changes and worked with developers to stage and release code changes into a production database. Other tasks included executing special projects assigned by Senior Management, creating an 800 page training manual and co-facilitating end-user training on system conversions at multiple retail and manufacturing facilities.
